Cute BBQ place hidden behind a gift shop. We came in the morning for the Hollywood museum, but could already smell some divine meats. Came back in the evening to give them a shot. Real nice people, and the brisket, peppered ribs and pulled pork was top-shelf! The ribs were so good that we, against budgetary and dietary better judgment, got another pepper rib plate. Strong recommend. The two folks running the enterprise (I guess Giff himself) were really nice too.

Nice friendly staff. BBQ is in another room after you enter the gift shop. Open space and you order up front. We had some of everything. I liked my brisket a little fatty but theirs is leaner. Pulled pork and ribs were delicious and so was the chili!

Easy to miss, impossible to forget! Hands down the best BBQ I've had in Utah. No more dry, tough meat. Everything was tender, juicy, seasoned and cooked to perfection. Portions were generous too! My wife and I shared the cowboy combo and it was perfect for the two of us, especially for the price. We absolutely will be coming back for more!!

Ok last February when I was here you were closed and I was forced to eat at the horse crap place with the racoons playing cards. (See that review). This place wow! So dam good! The ribs, and pulled pork was my favorite. My wife and I got the cowboy! Really really good. Thanks so much for feeding us!

The food is great! Best BBQ in Kanab. The brisket was tender and done to perfection. The chicken salad was also fantastic with the spicy ranch dressing. The baked beans were full of peppers and meat with a sweet sauce. Pricing was good with large portions. This hidden gem for Kanab is a must stop for great food.

Really good Q. I’m kind of a BBQ snob. Usually the Q that I make in my back yard is better than what you get at restaurants. Not really to the fault of the restaurant but it’s hard to top something that just came off the smoker whereas at the restaurant, they cooked it overnight or in the morning typically. So it sits around in warmers much of the day. Giff’s tasted like it just came off the smoker not that long ago. I ordered the Cowboy plate for dinner to try all the different meats. The bark was good. The brisket, pulled pork and ribs were juicy. The chicken was a little dry but that’s to be expected with the breast. I definitely recommend giving Giff’s a try if you like BBQ. Of them all, the brisket was hands down my favorite.

Giff's BBQ was SO good We shared "the cowboy, BBQ pork ribs, smoked chicken, pulled pork, beef brisket & kielbasa our sides were Mac n cheese and coleslaw with the side of cornbread" great value the place was clean the staff was great They were quick and friendly

The best peach cobbler I've ever had in my life! The ribs are the kind where the meat falls off the bone . Laid back atmosphere and great gals behind the counter. Military appreciative with a discount is a nice bonus . We were just passing through town and had not planned to come here but glad we did. We ordered the cowboy combo and split it between the two of us and still had leftovers.
